中西医联合治疗点滴型银屑病疗效观察

目的观察犀角地黄汤加减和青霉素联合治疗点滴型银屑病的疗效。方法 72例患者随机分为治疗组(36例)与对照组(36例)。治疗组给予青霉素钠针剂每日静滴800万U/d;联合犀角地黄汤加减口服一天3次,疗程10天。对照组给予静脉滴注青霉素钠针800万U/d,疗程10天。疗程结束后根据皮疹减少消退情况判定疗效。结果治疗组有效率为91.67%,对照组有效率为72.22%,治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论青霉素和犀角地黄汤加减联合治疗急性点滴性银屑病有较好的疗效,且安全性高,值得临床应用。 Objective To observe the effect of rhino-horn-di-huang decoction combined with penicillin in the treatment of drip-type psoriasis. Methods 72 patients were randomly divided into treatment group (36 cases) and control group (36 cases). The treatment group given penicillin sodium injection daily intravenous drip 8000000 U / d; joint rhino horn dihuang decoction plus oral 3 times a day for 10 days. The control group was given intravenous penicillin sodium needle 8000000 U / d, treatment for 10 days. After the end of treatment according to reduce the situation of rash to determine the efficacy. Results The effective rate was 91.67% in the treatment group and 72.22% in the control group, which was significantly higher in the treatment group than in the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Penicillin and rhino-horn root decoction combined with the treatment of acute drip psoriasis has a good effect, and high safety, it is worth clinical application.
