目的:分析杭州市市供豇豆农药残留情况,为蔬菜质量安全的监管提供科学依据。方法:采集豇豆样品750批次,测定19种有机磷类农药残留量和10种氨基甲酸酯类农药残留量。结果:26批次样品为阳性,超标率为3.47%,其中,3批次样品有机磷类农药超标,超标率为0.40%,23批次样品氨基甲酸酯类农药残留超标,超标率为3.07%。结论:豇豆中农药超标较为严重,检出农药中涉及克百威、氧化乐果、水胺硫磷等禁用农药,需进一步加强监管。
Objective: To analyze the pesticide residues of cowpea in Hangzhou and provide a scientific basis for the supervision of vegetable quality and safety. Methods: 750 batches of cowpea samples were collected for determination of 19 organophosphorus pesticide residues and 10 carbamate pesticide residues. Results: 26 batches of samples were positive, exceeding the standard rate of 3.47%, of which, three batches of samples exceeded the standard of organic phosphorus pesticides, exceeding the standard rate of 0.40%, 23 batches of samples of carbamate pesticide residues exceed the standard rate of 3.07% . Conclusion: Pesticide exceeded the standard in cowpea seriously, and banned pesticides detected in pesticides such as carbofuran, omethoate and isocarbophos should be further strengthened.
