测定了67例正常儿、31例婴幼儿肺炎和30例婴幼儿肺炎心衰的血清内源性洋地黄样因子(EDF)动态变化。结果表明:肺炎组急性期EDF水平显著高于正常组(P<<0.001),恢复期复查降至正常水平。肺炎心衰组EDF水平显著高于正常组(P<<0.001)及肺炎组(P<0.001),恢复期也降到正常水平。结果提示,婴幼儿肺炎时动态监测EDF水平变化,有助于及时诊断心衰,可作为心衰的一个实验室指标。
The dynamic changes of endogenous digitalis (EDF) activity in 67 cases of normal children, 31 cases of infantile pneumonia and 30 cases of infantile pneumonia were measured. The results showed that EDF levels in acute stage of pneumonia group were significantly higher than those in normal group (P << 0.001), and were recovered to normal levels in convalescent stage. EDF levels in patients with pneumonia and heart failure were significantly higher than those in the normal group (P << 0.001) and pneumonia group (P <0.001), and the recovery time was also reduced to normal levels. The results suggest that dynamic monitoring of EDF levels in infants with pneumonia can help diagnose heart failure in time and may be used as a laboratory index for heart failure.
