This article analyzes the 1985 Physical and Health Survey of Children and Adolescents in Shandong Province. The Livi index ((body weight / height) ~ (1/3) × 1000) of 6,600 students aged 7-17 years (half male and half female) The average of all age groups is quite close (boys 22.34-22.93, girls 22.22-23.19). A total of 440 students were randomly selected from 20 age groups to calculate the 95th percentile of the Librex index, with 24.13 for boys and 24.17 for girls. To be practical, both men and women take the Liby Index of 24 as the cutoff for obesity; with a body weight exceeding 54% of the standard height weight and a Libya index of 26 as the threshold for obesity.
