本文通讨粉煤灰填充酚醛塑料性能的研究及用扫描电子显微镜观察其微观形态,发现粉煤灰填充酚醛后,材料的热稳定性有所提高;高耐磨炭黑对酚醛塑料有较好的补强效果;材料成本有所降低。
In this paper, the properties of fly ash-filled phenolic plastics were studied and the microscopic morphology was observed by scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the thermal stability of the materials was improved after the fly ash was filled with phenolic resin. Of the reinforcement effect; material costs have decreased.
