1993～1994年1月,我们用杭州民生制药厂研制生产的长春地辛(Vindesin,VDS)联合其它化疗药治疗42例恶性肿瘤患者,以观察其疗效与毒性。1 临床资料1.1 一般资料 本组男31例,女11例;年龄31～70岁,平均50.8岁。初治27例,复治15例。一般状况评分(karnofsky)>60
From January 1993 to January 1994, we used the Vindesin (VDS) developed and manufactured by Hangzhou Minsheng Pharmaceutical Factory in combination with other chemotherapy drugs to treat 42 patients with malignant tumors to observe their efficacy and toxicity. 1 Clinical data 1.1 General information The group of 31 males and 11 females; aged 31 to 70 years, mean 50.8 years old. Initial treatment in 27 cases, retreatment in 15 cases. General condition score (karnofsky)>60
