从离体豚鼠右心室乳头肌,测定6种麻黄碱类药物的累积量-效曲线。d-硫酸去甲伪麻黄碱,l-盐酸麻黄碱,d-盐酸麻黄碱和d-盐酸伪麻黄碱对乳头肌的收缩作用呈浓度依赖性增强,PD2值分别为578,558,527和529。l-盐酸甲基麻黄碱,氨基甲酰伪麻黄碱对乳头肌的收缩呈抑制作用,其IC50分别为87×10-5mol/L和1.26×10-5mol/L。由等效法求得普萘洛尔和l-盐酸甲基麻黄碱拮抗硫酸异丙肾上腺素反应的pA2值分别为786和429,l-盐酸甲基麻黄碱拮抗-硫酸去甲伪黄碱反应的pD′2值为55,结果提示麻黄碱类药物由于其侧链结构不同,其内在活性有量与质的差异。
