利用动态规划控制水库流量,使水的利用达到最佳状态,这是普遍存在的问题,文中用动态规划和线性规划的方法,讨论了两种情况下水库系统流量控制的数学模型。笔者从理想型干渠出发,以水库放水经过的分流断面、断面处的各类农作物的有效种植面积和分流量作为参量建立了水库系统流量控制的基本模型,再按供水紧张的不同因素考虑下面两种情况并作处理:① 水库供水能力充足,紧张状态只由流量控制引起的,按动态规划调整流量,使水的浪费量最少。② 水库供水能力不足的,调整农作物种植面积的比例,以最优布局实现不增加水利投资的前题下充分满足灌溉,取得最大经济效益。
The use of dynamic programming to control the flow of reservoirs to make the best use of water is a common problem. In this paper, dynamic programming and linear programming methods are used to discuss the mathematical model of the flow control of reservoir systems in two situations. Starting from the ideal trunk canal, the author established a basic model for the flow control of the reservoir system by taking the diversion section through which the reservoir has been discharged and the effective planting area and flow rate of various types of crops at the section as the parameters, and then considering the different factors of the water supply stress to consider the following two The situation is treated as follows: 1 The water supply capacity of the reservoir is sufficient, and the tension is caused only by the flow control. Adjust the flow according to the dynamic plan to minimize the amount of water wasted. 2 If the water supply capacity of the reservoir is insufficient, adjust the proportion of the crop planting area, and achieve the maximum economic benefit by fully satisfying the irrigation under the premise of not increasing the investment in water resources with an optimal layout.
