结果发现,肿瘤复发者平均照射剂量为52.20GY(46.00~60.00GY),而未复发者的平均剂量为50.25GY(36.25~55.80),看来本组肿瘤复发与放射剂量无关:本组复
Primary spinal astrocytoma is a rare intramedullary lesion with a long history and low grading. The treatment is often treated with surgery plus radiotherapy. The author retrospectively analyzed 21 patients with spinal astrocytoma who were admitted from 1975 to 1989. There were 11 females and 10 males. Except 3 exceptions, the remaining histological classifications were grade I and II. In this group, only 11 cases of laminectomy tumor biopsy, 7 cases of subtotal resection, and 3 cases of total cutting. Fifteen patients received radiotherapy after radiological diagnosis of abnormalities and their peripheral areas. The average length of the irradiation field was 18 cm, and the total irradiation dose was 35.25 to 60.00 GY. Each dose was 1.8 to 2.0 GY. The results showed that the tumor recurred. The average exposure dose was 52.20GY (46.00 to 60.00GY), while the average dose of non-relapse was 50.25GY (36.25 to 55.80). It appears that the tumor recurrence has nothing to do with the radiation dose in this group:
