将稀土La元素掺杂Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9合金,采用单辊法制备FeCuNbSiB-La合金带材。用DSC和XRD分析带材的非晶形成能力和晶化行为,用阻抗分析仪测试带材的磁阻抗效应。结果表明,淬火态FeCuNbSiB-La合金带材为非晶态结构,经550℃晶化热处理后的FeCuNbSiB-La(1.0%)非晶带材形成了非晶和纳米晶双相共存结构;FeCuNbSiB-La非晶带材的磁阻抗效应随着测试频率的升高和磁场强度的增大而增大,随着稀土La元素含量的增大呈先增大后减小的趋势。
La rare earth doped Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 alloy, prepared by single roll FeCuNbSiB-La alloy strip. The amorphous formability and crystallization behavior of the tape were analyzed by DSC and XRD. The impedance effect of the tape was measured by impedance analyzer. The results show that the as-quenched FeCuNbSiB-La alloy strip is amorphous, and the amorphous and nanocrystalline coexistence of FeCuNbSiB-La (1.0%) is formed by the heat treatment at 550 ℃. FeCuNbSiB- The magneto-impedance effect of La amorphous ribbon increases with the increase of test frequency and magnetic field strength and increases first and then decreases with the increase of La content.
