皮质磁刺激的中枢运动传导时间(central mo-tor conduction time CMCT)测定对患者无明显不适。该项检查广泛应用于疾病、尤其是对多发性硬化(MS)的研究。若患有MS 就可能会出现异常磁诱发运动电位(magnetically evoked motor potentialMEP),本文就其对MS 的诊断敏感性与特异性探讨。作者对68例患者(男30例,女38例,年龄18~63岁,平均40岁)予以临床检查,并设50名健康人作对照,脑及脑干的MRI 扫描,CSF 及其IgG 测定,VEP、BAEP、SSEP 和MEP 检查。其结果分别对照分析。MEPs 采用Dantec 磁刺激器,最高输出直流电压1.5RV,电流10KA,电容量0.825mF。磁刺激使双侧皮质与神经根兴奋。从双侧肱二头肌(BB),桡侧腕屈肌(FCR),手第一背侧骨间肌(FDI),胫骨
Cortical magnetic stimulation of the central conduction time (central mo-tor conduction time CMCT) determination of no obvious discomfort to patients. This test is widely used in the treatment of diseases, especially for multiple sclerosis (MS).
