利用风铲铲钢板焊缝坡口,操作相当紧张,容易疲劳。同时铲后表面凹凸不平,质量难于保证,尤其是噪音太大,时间久了还会造成耳聋的职业病。针对这个问题厂技术协作委员会进行了多次研究,最后,旅大市五好工人田永家同志,在技术人员的协助下,利用业余时间用废旧零件制成了一台铣削机(如图1)。使用这台铣削机既能保证质量,又提高生产率近2.5倍,特别是消除了加工中的噪音,避免了职业病(耳聋)的产生。

Finally, Comrade Tian Yongjia, a worker of Wuhao Workers in Luda City, made use of spare parts to make a milling machine with the help of technical personnel (see Figure 1). The use of this milling machine not only ensures quality, but also increases productivity by nearly 2.5 times, in particular eliminating processing noise and avoiding occupational disease (deafness).
