救灾是一个系统工程,是一种极为复杂的、社会的、半军事化的紧急行动,任何一个环节都不能有闪失。而我们社会上的每一个人都是这个环节上的一员,只有当我们将自己的本职工作做到最好时,才能保证整个救灾系统的正常运行,效率也才会最高。
Disaster relief is a systematic project. It is an extremely complicated, social and semi-militarized emergency that can not be missed at any stage. And every member of our society is a part of this link. Only when we do our own work to the best can we ensure the normal operation of the disaster relief system and achieve the highest efficiency.
