目的:探究健康教育视频在手外科患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法:以温州医科大学附属第二医院手外科2014年8月~2015年8月收治的580例患者作为研究对象,随机分成对照组和观察组。对照组患者采用常规的健康教育方法,观察组患者在此基础上采用健康教育视频的形式,在各个阶段对患者开展健康教育。采用自行设计的满意度调查问卷,对两组患者的满意度进行调查,并设计健康教育形式需求调查问卷,将患者对各种形式的健康教育的需求情况进行调查。结果:观察组患者满意度明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。在对健康教育形式需求情况进行调查中发现,患者对播放教育视频的需求率最高,为96.21%,明显高于其他形式的健康教育。结论:视频健康教育视频更利于患者接受和理解,能够有效提高患者的满意度。
Objective: To explore the effect of health education video on the health education of hand surgery patients. Methods: 580 patients admitted to Department of Hand Surgery, Second Affiliated Hospital of Wenzhou Medical University from August 2014 to August 2015 were randomly divided into control group and observation group. The control group of patients using conventional health education methods, the observation group patients on the basis of the use of health education videos in the form, in all stages of health education for patients. A self-designed satisfaction questionnaire was used to investigate the satisfaction of the two groups of patients and to design a questionnaire on the forms of health education requirements. The patients’ needs for various forms of health education were investigated. Results: Satisfaction of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). A survey of the demand for health education found that patients had the highest demand for playing educational videos, which was 96.21%, significantly higher than other forms of health education. Conclusion: Video health education video is more conducive to patient acceptance and understanding, can effectively improve patient satisfaction.
