介绍了浜松工厂1998年1月投产的牵引电动机非解体检修生产线的组成、工作流程和各检测、维修装置的结构与性能。直流牵引电动机由于结构复杂,可靠性较差而采用解体检修方式;交流牵引电动机则因结构简单,可靠性高而采用非解体检修方式。新开发成功的由振动测量装置、真空干燥装置、润滑脂分析装置、电气性能试验装置、轴承清洗装置、纤维式观测器,无负载旋转试验装置等组成的牵引电动机非解体检修生产线具有检测精度高、自动化程度高和生产效率高的特点。

AC traction motor adopts non-disassembly and maintenance method because of its simple structure and high reliability. The newly developed non-dismantling inspection production line of traction motors consisting of a vibration measuring device, a vacuum drying device, a grease analyzing device, an electrical performance testing device, a bearing cleaning device, a fiber observer, a no-load rotation testing device, etc. has high detection accuracy , High degree of automation and high productivity.
