根据透水混凝土的结构特征,本文对其配制参数和配合比计算方法进行了研究,验证了以总孔隙率为第一设计参数,抗压强度为第二参数的配合比设计方法。试验证明:采用该方法制备的透水混凝土具有良好的透水性和强度,基本能够达到最初的设计要求。研究了骨料粒径、孔隙率和尺寸效应对透水混凝土力学性能的影响,为透水混凝土工程应用提供技术支持。
According to the structural characteristics of pervious concrete, the formulation parameters and the calculation method of the mix ratio were studied in this paper, and the design method of the mix ratio with the total porosity as the first design parameter and the compressive strength as the second parameter was verified. The test proves that the pervious concrete prepared by this method has good water permeability and strength and can basically reach the initial design requirements. The effects of aggregate size, porosity and size effect on the mechanical properties of pervious concrete were studied, and technical support for the application of pervious concrete was provided.
