目的了解广西2岁以下婴幼儿喂养、营养及其健康现状,为有针对性实施儿童营养与健康状况的改善提供依据。方法根据“2002年广西居民营养与健康状况调查”所确定的抽样方案进行问卷调查和体格检查及实验室检测。共抽取371名2岁以下婴幼儿作为调查对象。结果广西婴幼儿抱奶时间的中位数为17.6小时;断奶时间的中位数为9.9月;4个月内喂养方式城乡均以纯母乳喂养为主,43.0%婴幼儿在4月龄内添加了辅食。婴儿出生体重及身长平均分别为3 077.69 g和50.04cm;儿童体重Z分(WAZ)为-0.99,其中城市为-0.78,农村为-1.12,男女分别为-0.78、-1.30;身高Z分(HAZ)为-0.27;城乡婴儿低体重儿发生率为23.6%;农村婴儿生长迟缓发生率(15.2%)高于城市(6.3%);婴幼儿贫血患病率达24.2%,其中3~9月龄的婴儿高达33.7%;呼吸道疾病、腹泻患病率分别为76.2%、71.8%。结论婴幼儿抱奶时间较长,低体重、生长迟缓发生率较高,其体重、身高Z评分标准均为负值,呼吸道疾病及腹泻等疾病的发病率高。应引起相关部门的重视。 Objective To understand the status of feeding, nutrition and health of infants under 2 years old in Guangxi and to provide basis for the targeted implementation of children’s nutrition and health improvement.
