短枝嫁接技术是松类无性繁殖技术的突破,具有如下特点:与常规嫁接相比可提高繁殖系数40~60倍[6];成活率、荫条率及成苗率分别在90%、85%、70%以上;操作技术简易;适于繁殖成龄优树;嫁接苗生长正常,并可提前开花结实;生产成本低,为常规枝接苗的1/5.此技术已用于油松种子园建设,效果良好.介绍到国外在欧洲赤松上初试成功,受到国外同行好评.
