表观遗传学异常与恶性肿瘤的发生发展密切相关,microRNA(miRNA)是一类通过转录后调控机制对基因进行调控的非编码的短链RNA,其调控机制属广义的表观遗传学范围。近年来对miRNA的研究显示,在血液病中miRNA与表观遗传学之间的相互作用与血细胞分化调控及血液肿瘤的发生、发展、诊断及治疗密切相关,从而为肿瘤的诊断和治疗提供新的思路和手段。
