近十几年来,肿瘤DNA定量细胞化学的研究发展较为迅速,它被认为能从细胞分子水平上提供有关肿瘤生物学特性的信息。但对原发性肝细胞癌的类似研究尚未见报道。我们应用图像分析技术,对38例原发性肝癌的DNA含量进行了原位定量测定,较全面地探讨了肝癌DNA含量水平与肝癌临床及病理生物学特性的关系。结果显示,对肝癌DNA含量的定量分析,为估价肝癌的生物学特性提供了重要的客观指标。
Over the past decade, the research on the development of quantitative DNA chemistry in tumors has been rapid. It is believed that it can provide information on the biological characteristics of tumors from the molecular level. However, similar studies on primary hepatocellular carcinoma have not been reported. Using image analysis technology, we performed in situ quantitative analysis of the DNA content of 38 cases of primary liver cancer, and discussed the relationship between the level of DNA in liver cancer and the clinical and pathological characteristics of liver cancer. The results show that the quantitative analysis of DNA content in liver cancer provides an important objective index for evaluating the biological characteristics of liver cancer.
