主要探讨薄盖重条件下坝基帷幕灌浆的可行性及相应的施工工艺和参数。在老挝色萨拉龙堆石坝帷幕灌浆施工中,采取了降压、限流、间歇、复灌等处理措施,经灌浆后压水检测证明,各项指标均满足了设计要求,灌浆效果十分显著。实践证明,采用无或薄素混凝土盖重灌浆能够解决大坝混凝土浇筑与灌浆的干扰等问题,达到工程经济、安全的目的,在水利工程建设中具有一定的推广价值和指导意义。
This paper mainly discusses the feasibility of dam foundation curtain grouting under thin cap weight conditions and corresponding construction technology and parameters. During the construction of the curtain grouting of the Lazhazaosa rockfill dam, the measures such as pressure reducing, current limiting, intermittent and recharging were adopted. After grouting, the pressurized water test proved that all the indexes met the design requirements and the grouting effect was very good Significant. Practice has proved that using no or thin concrete cover heavy grouting can solve the dam concrete pouring and grouting interference and other issues, to achieve project economy and safety purposes, in the water conservancy project construction has a certain promotional value and guiding significance.
