当今的信息时代,各种信息的发布和接收更加便捷化,没有经过真伪甄别的信息流传于网络,各种社会思潮涌动,这对乐于接受新事物的大学生的思想有很大的冲击,也对高校学生的思想政治教育,尤其是对高校学生党员的教育管理工作带来挑战。笔者通过座谈的方式,针对某高校学生党员的教育管理现状进行调研,调研结果显示,目前高校重视学生党员的教育管理工作,但对于发挥学生党员团体的力量进行自我教育管理方面的指导不足。本文尝试引入“学习共同体”的理论指导高校学生党员教育管理的工作,利用党组织的平台,引导学生党员发挥群体智慧进行自我教育管理。
In today’s information age, the dissemination and reception of various kinds of information is facilitated. The information that has not been authenticated is circulated on the Internet and various social thoughts surging forward. This has a great impact on the thinking of university students who are willing to accept new things. It also poses challenges to the ideological and political education of university students, especially to the education and management of college student party members. By means of discussion, the author conducts research on the status quo of education and management of student party members in colleges and universities. The findings show that at present colleges and universities attach importance to the education and management of student party members, but they are not enough to give play to the self-education and management of student party members. This paper attempts to introduce the theory of “learning community” to guide the education and management of student party members in colleges and universities, and make use of the platform of party organizations to guide student party members to exert group wisdom to conduct self-education and management.
