提高含油量和蛋白质含量已成为继芥酸和硫代葡萄糖甙两个品质性状成功改良后的重要育种目标。由于黄种皮品种种皮薄,种壳比率小,降低了纤维素含量,相应地增加了蛋白质含量,含油量也相对较高。因此,各国育种家都希望培育出甘蓝型黄种皮品种。 本文主要报道甘蓝型油菜种皮色的遗传特性及其与环境条件的关系。
Increasing oil content and protein content has become an important breeding goal following the successful improvement of two quality traits of erucic acid and glucosinolates. As a result of a variety of yellow leather skin thin, seed shell ratio is small, reducing the cellulose content, the corresponding increase in protein content, oil content is relatively high. Therefore, breeders in all countries want to cultivate the yellow-seeded bark variety. This article reports on the genetic characteristics of seed coat color and its relationship with environmental conditions in Brassica napus.
