本文认为，面向新世纪，祖国大陆与台港澳经济发展的环境将发生变化，促进其整合为一国经济，将在亚太经济中成为最大的经济体。在整合为一国经济后，并不被纳入全国经济统一对外，而是各地区单独对外，这种特殊的内外循环机制，有利于各地经济的各自发展与共同发展，同时也有利于对外经济交流与合作的发展。
This paper argues that in the new century, the environment for the economic development of the motherland and Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao will change and promote its integration into one economy and the largest economy in the Asia Pacific economy. After being integrated into a country’s economy, it will not be included in the unified national economy but will be implemented independently by all regions. This special mechanism of internal and external circulation will be conducive to the respective economic development and common development of all localities and will also be conducive to foreign economic exchanges With the development of cooperation.
