本文应用免疫组化技术,对病变大肠粘膜且织进行CEA 和抗体产生细胞的对比研究。材料与方法肠病患者66例,男47例,女19例,年龄15~70岁,平均43岁,均经纤维肠镜检查取材。一、实验方法:大肠粘膜标本作冰冻连续切片,滴加第一抗体(CEA 单克隆抗体或抗IgG、IgA、IgM)。湿盒37℃孵育,PBS 浸洗(?)滴加HRP 标记的羊抗鼠或兔抗羊的IgG,湿盒37℃孵育,PBS 浸洗,放入含DAB 的显色液中,暗处反应5分钟。水洗、封片后光镜观察。
In this paper, immunohistochemical technique was used to compare the CEA and antibody-producing cells in lesioned large intestine mucosa and woven. Materials and Methods There were 66 patients with intestinal diseases, including 47 males and 19 females, aged 15-70 years and average 43 years old.
