观察30例埋藏心脏起搏器患者手术前、后血清心肌酶的变化。结果表明:①安置右室心内膜起搏电极不引起血清心肌酶异常升高。手术前肌酸磷酸激酶84±18、谷草转氨酶20±8、乳酸脱氢酶252±30U/L,术后24h分别为92±20,22±10.260±32U/L,术后72h分别为90±22,26±9,270±26U/L。与对照组相比及手术前、后相比P均>0.05.提示心肌无坏死。②右室心尖起搏患者伴发急性心肌梗塞(AMI)而心电图诊断困难时,观察系列动态血清心肌酶含量变化,有助于AMI的诊断。
The changes of serum myocardial enzymes in 30 patients with buried cardiac pacemaker before and after operation were observed. The results showed that: ① placement of right ventricular endocardial pacing electrode does not cause abnormal elevation of serum myocardial enzymes. Preoperative creatine phosphokinase 84 ± 18, aspartate aminotransferase 20 ± 8, lactate dehydrogenase 252 ± 30U / L, 24h after surgery were 92 ± 20,22 ± 10.260 ± 32U / L, respectively, after 72h were 90 ± 22, 26 ± 9, 270 ± 26 U / L. Compared with the control group and before surgery, P> 0.05. Tip no myocardial necrosis. ② Right ventricular apical pacing in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI) and ECG diagnosis difficult, the dynamic changes observed in serum levels of serum myocardial enzymes, contribute to the diagnosis of AMI.
