目的:探讨胃泰康对慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)大鼠的治疗作用及作用机制。方法:Wistar大鼠随机分为6组,即正常组、模型组、维酶素(阳性药)组、胃泰康(0.5、1、2g/kg)组。60%乙醇灌胃及脱氧胆酸钠和氨水交替饮用并配合饥饱失常造模,观察大鼠体重、胃分泌功能、胃部微循环、胃黏膜组织病理及炎性因子、胃肠激素等血清生化指标的变化。结果:模型组体重增加值、胃分泌功能、胃微循环血流量皆出现明显下降;胃黏膜病理见表面上皮细胞受损,大量炎细胞浸润;血清TNG-α、IL-6、IL-2、胃泌素水平明显升高,PGE2和生长抑素含量显著降低。与模型组比较,维酶素组和胃泰康(1、2g/kg)组在体重、胃分泌功能、胃微循环等方面的指标得到明显改善;胃黏膜的表面上皮细胞受损和炎细胞浸润明显减轻;血清生化指标也出现明显改善,而且血清NO水平明显增高。结论:胃泰康对慢性浅表性胃炎大鼠模型的胃黏膜有保护作用,并可改善胃分泌功能和微循环,其作用机制可能要与抑制炎症反应,促进胃黏膜保护性的内源性因子分泌有关。
Objective: To investigate the therapeutic effect and mechanism of Weitaikang on chronic superficial gastritis (CSG) in rats. Compared with the model group, the indexes of body weight, gastric secretion, gastric microcirculation and so on were significantly improved in the groups of Wei Su and Tong Wei Kang (1,2 g / kg); the damage of the epithelial cells on the surface of gastric mucosa and infiltration of inflammatory cells Significantly reduced; serum biochemical indicators also showed significant improvement, and serum NO levels were significantly higher. Conclusion: Weitaikang can protect the gastric mucosa of chronic superficial gastritis rat model and improve gastric secretion and microcirculation.
