目的 研究用平板运动时间评价飞行员有氧能力的可行性。 方法 5 0名受试者 ,其中战士 30人 ,飞行员 2 0人 ;采用平板递增负荷的方式 ,检测其最大耗氧量 (V O2 max)、呼吸商 (RQ)和心率 (HR) ,记录平板运动时间 (TRT)。 结果 受试者的 V O2 max为 48.6± 7.7m l· kg- 1· m in- 1 ,TRT为 488± 12 2 .6 s;V O2 max与 TRT相关 (r=0 .845 ,P<0 .0 1)。按 TRT预测的 V O2 max与实测结果无显著差别。 结论 用平板运动时间评价飞行员的有氧能力是一种可行的方法
Objective To study the feasibility of assessing aerobics ability of pilots using treadmill exercise time. Methods Fifty subjects including 30 soldiers and 20 pilots were enrolled in this study. Their maximal oxygen consumption (V O2 max), respiratory quotient (RQ) and heart rate (HR) Plate movement time (TRT). Results The V˙ O2max of the subjects was 48.6 ± 7.7ml · kg-1 · m-1, the mean TRT was 488 ± 12 2 .6 s, and the V˙ O2max was associated with TRT (r = 0.845, P < 0 .0 1). V O2 max predicted by TRT has no significant difference with the measured results. Conclusion It is a feasible method to evaluate the aerobic capacity of pilots with treadmill exercise time
