为提高褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量,改善褐煤在农业中的应用效果,研究了无机酸和中性盐在不同浓度、温度和活化时间下对褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量的影响。结果表明,无机酸(硫酸)和中性盐(硫酸铵)作为活化剂都能够提高褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量,在一定的活化剂浓度范围内随活化剂浓度增加、活化温度提高和活化时间的延长,褐煤中水溶性腐植酸含量有增加的趋势。硫酸和硫酸铵较为理想的活化条件是:活化温度40℃、活化时间10 d、活化剂浓度分别为10%和18%。无机酸和中性盐相比,无机酸的活化效果优于中性盐。
In order to increase the content of water-soluble humic acid in lignite and improve the application effect of lignite in agriculture, the effects of mineral acid and neutral salt on the content of water-soluble humic acid in lignite under different concentrations, temperatures and activation times were studied. The results showed that both inorganic acid (sulfuric acid) and neutral salt (ammonium sulfate) as activators could increase the content of water-soluble humic acid in lignite. With the increase of activator concentration, activation temperature and activation time The leaching rate of water-soluble humic acid in lignite tends to increase. The optimum activation conditions of sulfuric acid and ammonium sulfate are activation temperature 40 ℃, activation time 10 d, activator concentration 10% and 18% respectively. Compared with neutral salts, inorganic acids have better activation activity than neutral salts.
