目的了解泰州市公共场所集中空调通风系统的卫生状况,为卫生监管提供科学依据。方法按照《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》的要求,于2012年-2014年对泰州市公共场所集中空调通风系统进行卫生检测。结果 3年共检测集中空调单位32家,合格11家,总合格率为34.4%,3年共采集集中空调风管内表面积尘样148份,积尘量、细菌总数、真菌总数的总合格率分别为54.1%、62.8%、67.6%,积尘量的合格率呈逐年上升趋势(P<0.05),细菌总数与真菌总数的合格率2012年低于2013年、2014年(P<0.05);冷却水中嗜肺军团菌的总检出率为31.0%,宾馆类场所冷却水检出率高于商场类场所(P<0.05)。结论泰州市集中空调通风系统风管内表面的卫生状况逐年好转,但仍存在一定程度的污染,冷却水的卫生状况不容乐观,卫生部门应完善集中空调预防性审核和竣工验收工作,加强集中空调通风系统的清洗消毒工作。
Objective To understand the hygienic conditions of central air conditioning and ventilation system in public places in Taizhou and to provide a scientific basis for health supervision. Methods According to the requirements of Hygienic Standard for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places, from 2012 to 2014, hygienic tests were conducted on the central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Taizhou City. Results A total of 32 centralized air-conditioners were tested in 3 years, with a total passing rate of 34.4%. A total of 148 air-conditioned ducts were collected on the inner surface of the air-conditioning ducts for three years. The total yield of dust, bacteria and fungi were respectively (P <0.05). The pass rate of bacterial count and total number of fungi in 2012 was lower than that in 2013 and 2014 (P <0.05), while the cooling rate was 54.1%, 62.8% and 67.6% respectively. The total detection rate of Legionella pneumophila in water was 31.0%, and the detection rate of cooling water in hotels and other places was higher than that in shopping malls (P <0.05). Conclusion The sanitary condition of the inner surface of central air conditioning and ventilation system in Taizhou City has improved year by year, but there is still a certain degree of pollution. The sanitary condition of the cooling water is not optimistic. The health department should improve the preventive check and acceptance of centralized air conditioners, System cleaning and disinfection work.
