调查了长白山区的大花杓兰生境状况及生物学特性,确定了引种栽培大花杓兰的关键因子是光照强度和土壤基质;采用4种光照强度及四种基质,进行引种栽培试验,确定了光照强度在70%以上的疏松土壤基质中利于移栽成活;在不同的绿化环境中进行观赏效果评价,总体观赏价值能得到发挥,生长发育状况与栽植环境适宜度有关,在荫蔽、湿润、土壤疏松肥沃的环境下利于展叶赏花;采用分株繁殖,增殖系数可达4以上。
