目的尝试改良PBL在《外科学》颅内高压症一章教学中的应用效果。方法:将我院与楚雄医药高等专科学校合办的2012级三年制临床专业学生二个班(40名/班),随机分为实验班和对照班对本章教学内容进行尝试。实验班采用改良PBL教学法,对照班按照传统教学法授课。后将二班教学效果进行比较。结果实验班学生考核成绩与学生满意度明显高于对照班。结论改良PBL教学法能提高学生的学习效果的同时便于实施,在《外科学》颅内高压症一章教学中的应用具有良好效果。
Objective To try to improve the application of PBL in the teaching of “Epidemiology of intracranial hypertension”. Methods: Two classes (40 students / year) of 2012 three-year clinical students co-organized by our hospital and Chuxiong Medical College were randomly divided into experimental class and control class to try out the teaching contents in this chapter. Experimental class using improved PBL teaching method, control class according to the traditional teaching method. After two classes of teaching effectiveness comparison. Results Students in the experimental class test scores and student satisfaction was significantly higher than the control class. Conclusions The improved PBL teaching method can improve the learning effect of students and is easy to implement. It has a good effect in the teaching of “Epidemiology of intracranial hypertension”.
