中国的博物馆学研究已走过了一百多年的发展历程,通过对中国博物馆学史材料的初步检视,认识到这门学科是从一种外来的知识介绍传播起步的,而不是对本土的实践进行理论总结而上升成为的一门科学。随着博物馆知识的积累,各种打上时代特色的关于博物馆的思考出现了,这种思考逐渐变成一种理论探讨、一种学术研究,作为学问的特色逐步形成,在这种探索过程中,人们不可避免地要追求其学科特点,建立有学科特色的体系与规范。我们从学史的初步研究中看到了这种努力与发展趋势,但就严格的科学定义而言,博物馆学家如果要把博物馆学发展成具有历史学、考古学一样的水准的学科,要走的路还很长。
China’s museum studies have gone through more than one hundred years of development.
