实验室附属于教研室,是“三级管理,室管为主”的管理体制。这种“教研窒所有制”的实验室体制与当时的教学管理体制还是相适应的。依据课程设置和教学进度,教研室安排相应的实验课程,使专业理论教学与实验课技能训练紧密配合,使理论与实践紧密联系。但是,实验室作为卫生学校教学科研的重要基地,其体制和建设应主动适应社会主义市场经济的需求,符合卫生学校深化改革的总目标。相比之下,原有的实验室体制显然滞后于卫生
