吐鲁番风化煤黄腐酸经CH_2N_2甲基化和分级后得到的低分子量级分(M_n=548)用气相色谱法可分离得到19个组分。其中17个组分经色谱-质谱分析,并用标准化合物进行对照,确定是多元苯羧酸类和酚酸类化合物.它们是甲基化黄腐酸的一个重要组分,约占总量的29%。另外两个组分是含氮杂环化合物。与土壤黄腐酸不同,从该风化煤黄腐酸中未检测到烷烃类、脂肪酸类化合物。
Nineteen components were isolated by gas chromatography with the low molecular weight fraction (M_n = 548) obtained from the methylation and fractionation of fulvic acid in Turpan-Hami coal by CH_2N_2. Seventeen of them were analyzed by chromatographic-mass spectrometry and compared with standard compounds and identified as polycarboxylic acids and phenolic acids. They are an important component of methylated fulvic acid accounting for about 29% of the total %. The other two components are nitrogen-containing heterocyclic compounds. Unlike soil fulvic acid, no alkanes or fatty acid compounds were detected from the weathered coal fulvic acid.
