《语文课程标准》提出:“语文教学应在师生平等对话中进行。语文教学应激发学生的学习兴趣,为学生创设良好的自主学习情境;尊重学生的个体差异,鼓励学生选择适合自己的学习方式;灵活运用多种教学策略,引导学生在实践中学会学习。”因此,应改变以往结构繁琐、拖沓、千篇一律,组织形式单调、沉闷、缺乏灵活性的教学方式,倡导启发式、讨论式的自主平等、合作、创新的课堂教学结构,坚持面向全体学生,尊重学生个性发展,注重人文精神。
