高校共青团工作的观念或理念创新层面,须立足以下基点:与时代的新发展对接;全局性的战略眼光;校外校内的充分开放;开创新风气之先。高校共青团工作创新的操作层面,需要多种主体的协同运作:优秀的团干队伍;坚强的团学组织与学生社团;强势的大学生人才群体。高校共青团工作的落实层面,应在继承的基础上实现突破;思想政治教育的系统性、层次、开放性相统一;科技、人文、社会实践、第二课堂教育高度融合;提升校园文化建设的特色品位;推动心理健康教育;引导创业尝试。
The idea or concept innovation level of the CYL’s work in colleges and universities should be based on the following basic points: docking with new development of the times; overall strategic vision; fully opening up within the school and opening up a new atmosphere. The innovative operation of the Communist Youth League in colleges and universities requires the coordinated operation of multiple subjects: excellent cadres and contingents, strong group-sponsoring organizations and student societies, and a strong group of college and university talents. The accomplishment level of the CYL work in colleges and universities should be based on the succession; the system, level and openness of ideological and political education should be unified; the integration of science and technology, humanities and social practice, the second classroom education should be highly integrated; the characteristics of the construction of campus culture should be enhanced Grade; to promote mental health education; to guide entrepreneurship attempts.
