伴随着世界各国经济的快速发展,企业之间的竞争也愈演愈烈。企业与企业之间的竞争,归根到底就是人才的竞争。当前已经进入了一个知识型社会,拥有人才才能够在激烈的竞争中占据主动地位。怎么样才能够培养出企业发展所需要的人才,如果去挖掘人才的潜力,如何才能够充分地发挥企业人才对于企业发展的积极作用,这都成为了摆放在当前企业面前一个非常重要的问题。本文围绕企业的人才培养问题展开研究,希望能够为企业人才培养提供有效的意见和建议。
With the rapid economic development in various countries in the world, the competition among enterprises is also intensified.
