将拆卸中的几何可行性判断分为局部与全局两部进行,提出了基于Minkowski和法的快速拆卸几何可行性判断方法。该方法中仅时局部可拆的零部件进行全局拆卸可行性分析,在全局拆卸可行性分析中首先根据局部拆卸方向集进一步缩减检测范围,然后基于Minkowski和法完成零部件的拆卸几何可行性判断。该方法能大大提高复杂产品拆卸几何可行性判断的效率。
The disassembly of the geometric feasibility of judgments is divided into local and global two, put forward based on Minkowski and method to determine the feasibility of rapid disassembly method. In the method, the feasibility of global disassembly of partially detachable parts and components is analyzed. In the global disassembly feasibility analysis, the detection range is further reduced according to the local disassembly direction set, and then the geometric feasibility of the disassembly of parts and components is judged based on Minkowski’s method . The method can greatly improve the efficiency of judging the geometric feasibility of complex product disassembly.
