目的:研制氯霉素甲硝唑凝胶。方法:用卡波姆-940作凝胶基质制备氯霉素甲硝唑凝胶,采用双波长分光光度法测定凝胶中氯霉素和甲硝唑的含量。结果:制得的凝胶剂均匀,透明。氯霉素的平均回收率为101.08%,RSD为0.23%(n=5),甲硝唑的平均回收率100.82%,RSD为0.18%(n=5)。结论:该凝胶剂制备工艺简单,成本低廉,性质稳定,质量可控,疗效确切。
Objective: To develop chloramphenicol metronidazole gel. Methods: Chloramphenicol metronidazole gel was prepared by using Carbomer-940 as gel matrix. The content of chloramphenicol and metronidazole in the gel was determined by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry. Results: The gels obtained were uniform and transparent. The average recoveries of chloramphenicol were 101.08%, RSD was 0.23% (n = 5), metronidazole average recovery was 100.82% and RSD was 0.18% (n = 5). Conclusion: The gel preparation process is simple, low cost, stable quality, quality control, curative effect.
