“问题学生”在每个班级几乎都会存在,虽然数量少,但是他们经常表现出的品德性问题和“反社会”倾向,对班级乃至整个学校的正常教育、教学秩序都会产生极大的干扰作用,因此“问题学生”的转化工作一直是班主任工作的重中之重,而在转化过程中,情感沟通、德育体验、自我教育以及道德强化都是重要因素,而体育任课教师,恰恰可以利用体育特色在其中起到一个很重要的辅助力量。因为体育可以成为情感沟通的纽带;体育可以成为德育体验和自我教育的载体;体育可以成为道德强化的辅助。
