从供电企业所辖电网的结构特征与企业自身当前的运作模式出发,针对目前部分供电企业的电力类培训设施存在分散、彼此孤立、系统性与网络化不强等状况,提出供电企业的各种电力类培训设施的规划与建设应该基于系统化、网络化的理念,以使电力培训设施更加逼近于生产实际形态,在电网行业内实现包括反映电网最典型、最突出的运行特性等在内的多元化培训,为供电企业人员从整体与系统层面掌控整个电网发挥作用。
