目的 :探讨 MAC(马法兰 ,阿糖胞苷 ,环磷酰胺 )预处理方案在外周血干细胞移植治疗白血病的应用和自体外周血干细胞非低温保存在移植治疗中的应用。方法 :采用 MAC为预处理方案 ,对 3例白血病患者进行异基因及自体外周血干细胞、非低温保存非净化移植治疗。结果 :3例病人在预处理后骨髓得到很好抑制 ,4℃冰箱保存的干细胞悬液回输时有核细胞台酚蓝拒染率均在 90 %以上 ,病人输入干细胞后均能很快恢复造血 ,造血恢复快。结论 :MAC可作为异基因和自体外周血干细胞移植治疗白血病的预处理方案 ,自体非低温保存外周血干细胞移植治疗恶性血液病 ,操作简便、费用低、安全可靠
Objective: To investigate the application of MAC (melphalan, cytarabine, cyclophosphamide) pretreatment in peripheral blood stem cell transplantation in the treatment of leukemia and autologous peripheral blood stem cell non-cryopreservation in transplantation. Methods: Using MAC as a preconditioning protocol, allogeneic and autologous peripheral blood stem cells were harvested from 3 patients with leukemia and were treated with non-cryogenic preservation and non-decontamination transplantation. Results: The bone marrow of 3 patients was well inhibited after pretreatment. The number of nucleolus blue staining was more than 90% at the time of reinfusion in 4 ℃ refrigerator, and the patients recovered rapidly after the stem cells were infused Hematopoietic, hematopoietic rapid recovery. Conclusion: MAC can be used as a pretreatment regimen for leukemia allogeneic and autologous peripheral blood stem cell transplantation. Autologous non-cryogenic preservation of peripheral blood stem cell transplantation for the treatment of hematologic malignancies is simple and convenient, low cost, safe and reliable
