针对短路过渡型 C O2 电弧焊系统存在本质非线性的特 点,采 用目前国际控制领域内 应用最广的 M A T L A B 软件,建立了“弧焊逆变器—非线性负载”系统的数字仿真模型。该模型以组合图形方式,直观、有效地表征了各环节的特性。通过系统仿真定量 地研究了 C O2 电弧焊动态过程,给出 了负载电压、焊接电流随时间变化的仿真波形和短路过渡型 C O2 电弧焊系统的相平面图。应用德国产 Hannover - X I I型焊接过程动态分析仪所获得的实测数据与计算机仿真结果基本相符。从而为研制工艺适应性优良的新型弧焊逆变电源和定量分析非线性弧焊系统的动态过程提供了一个强有力的工具。
For the short-circuit transition type C O2 arc welding system has the inherent nonlinear characteristics, using the most widely used in the field of international control M A T L A B software to establish the “arc inverter - nonlinear load” system of digital Simulation model. The model is a combination of graphics, intuitively and effectively characterize the characteristics of each link. The dynamic process of C O2 arc welding was studied quantitatively by system simulation. The simulation waveforms of the load voltage and welding current with time and the phase plan of C O2 arc welding system with short circuit were given. The measured data obtained by German Hannover - X I I type welding process dynamic analyzer are in good agreement with the computer simulation results. This provides a powerful tool for developing a new arc welding inverter with good adaptability and quantitative analysis of the dynamic process of a nonlinear arc welding system.
