目的:探讨超脉冲CO2激光激光对豚鼠耳蜗的损伤作用及丹参对损伤的防护作用。方法:第一阶段将24只豚鼠随机分为激光功率2W组、激光功率4W组及正常组,前2组分别采用功率为2、4WCO2激光行活体豚鼠耳蜗底周骨消融开窗。第二阶段将16只豚鼠随机分为5W激光组和丹参干预组,两组均采用5W激光行耳蜗底周骨消融开窗,丹参干预组腹腔注射丹参冻干粉稀释液
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the injury of guinea pig cochlea treated by hyper-pulsed CO2 laser and the protective effect of salvia miltiorrhiza on the injury. Methods: In the first phase, 24 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 2W laser power group, 4W laser power group and normal group. The first two groups were respectively exposed with 2,4WCO2 laser in vivo. In the second stage, 16 guinea pigs were randomly divided into 5W laser group and Salvia miltiorrhiza intervention group. Both groups were treated with 5W laser cochlear periosteal ablation and fenestration. Danshen intervention group was intraperitoneally injected with Danshen freeze-dried powder dilution
