IgA肾病是最常见的原发性肾小球疾病,也是引起血尿的最主要原因,它的主要特征是以IgA为主的免疫复合物在肾小球系膜区沉积的一组肾小球疾病。迄今为止,IgA肾病的发病机制尚未完全阐明,其病理分型虽多样,但均有一定的局限性,故本文将近年来IgA肾病发病机制研究新进展及新发布的病理分型即牛津分型的相关研究予以综述。
IgA nephropathy is the most common primary glomerular disease and is also the leading cause of hematuria.
