在临床医疗过程中,常常碰到一些急危重病人。在时间紧迫的情况下,如能正确诊断、及时处理,对挽救病人的生命,降低病死率至关重要。为了提高基层医务人员对急危重症的认识及诊治水平,本刊特开辟“内科急危重症专题讲座”专栏,特邀中国医学科学院协和医院、北京医科大学、同济医科大学、湖南医科大学,首都医学院等医学院校的有关专家撰稿,分别对呼吸、心血管、消化、泌尿、内分泌、神经等系统的临床常见危重症的诊断及抢救进行论述,以便基层医务人员更好地掌握急危重症的抢救技术,不断提高救治水平。
In the clinical medical process, often encounter some critically ill patients. In the case of time constraints, if properly diagnosed and handled promptly, it is of vital importance to save the patient’s life and reduce the mortality. In order to improve the understanding and diagnosis and treatment of acute and critically ill patients at the grassroots level, we hereby open up a special column entitled “Symposium on Critical Care and Internation Diseases” and invited the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Beijing Medical University, Tongji Medical University, Hunan Medical University, Medical College and other medical colleges and relevant medical experts wrote articles on respiration, cardiovascular, digestive, urinary, endocrine, nervous system clinical critically ill diagnosis and rescue discussed in order to better grasp the acute crisis of primary health care workers Severe rescue techniques, and continuously improve the level of treatment.
