临界流化速度是流化床技术中非常重要的参数之一,对评价床层流化特性,床内传热、床内化学反应进程有重要意义。沸腾炉是流化床技术的一个重要分枝,其主要特点为床料粒度分布很宽,传统的临界流化速度概念不适用。本文基于实验室研究及理论分析提出沸腾炉中分层流化的概念,并提出沿床高粒度分布及床层压降与空截面流速关系的计算式。
Critical fluidization velocity is one of the most important parameters in fluidized bed technology, which has important significance for evaluating fluidized bed characteristics, heat transfer in bed and chemical reaction in bed. Boiling furnace is an important branch of fluidized bed technology, its main feature is the distribution of bed material particle size is very wide, the traditional concept of critical fluid velocity does not apply. Based on laboratory research and theoretical analysis, this paper presents the concept of stratified fluidization in a fluidized bed furnace and proposes a formula to calculate the relationship between bed height distribution and bed pressure drop and void flow rate.
