病例介绍:患者女,29岁,1994年1月4日产后12小时用武汉生物制品研究所生产的精制破伤风抗毒素作过敏试验:皮内注射0.1ml(15单位)皮试液。5分钟皮丘直径为30mm并有伪足,8分钟即出现头皮奇痒,面色潮红,随继出现双眼睑水肿,呼吸困难,喉头水肿,血压下降至6/0kPa,神志模糊,全身浮肿,皮肤布满淡红色丘疹3～5mm大小,部分融合成片状,压之退色,皮疹间皮肤色泽正常。心率130次/次,心音低弱,双肺布满湿罗音。迅速结予肾上腺素1mg肌注,吸氧,静脉输液给予氟美松5mg入莫非氏管。3分钟后患者神志清醒,述口渴,5分钟后完全恢复,血压升至11/7kPa
