目的应用风险分析的基本原理,在预防医学领域建立虫媒传染病风险评估指标体系。方法研究建立指标体系的基本原则,确定影响虫媒传染病输入风险的三个方面(一级评估指标)15个因素(二级评估指标)。结果确定了建立指标体系的基本原则和影响虫媒传染病输入风险因素,指标体系将虫媒传染病输入风险分为0级(可接受风险)、1级(风险很小)、2级(中等程度风险)、3级(风险很大)四个等级,制定了各评估指标在相应风险等级上的评判标准。结论本研究较好地解决了对疟疾等虫媒传染病输入我国如何进行风险评估的方法学模式,对我国进行虫媒传染病输入行风险评估、WTO 规则中有关卫生检疫风险评估提供了基本思路。
Objective To apply the basic principles of risk analysis to establish a risk assessment index system for vector-borne infectious diseases in the field of preventive medicine. Methods To study the basic principles of establishing index system and to identify 15 factors (secondary evaluation index) on three aspects (first-level evaluation index) that affect the risk of imported vector-borne diseases. The results identified the basic principles for setting up the index system and the risk factors affecting the input of zoonotic diseases. The index system divides the input risk of zoonotic diseases into 0 (acceptable risk), 1 (low risk), 2 (moderate Degree of risk), level 3 (risky) four levels, developed the evaluation indicators in the corresponding level of risk on the evaluation criteria. Conclusions This study has solved the methodological model of how to carry out risk assessment of imported vector-borne diseases such as malaria in our country, and provided a basic idea of the risk assessment of imported vector-borne diseases and the risk assessment of health quarantine in the WTO rules .
